Convenient location to spend the night after arriving on the late night ferry from the IoM. Large room, big bed,

Difficult to find in the dark after midnight (we arrived on the evening ferry from IoM). No easily visible sign, and there is another house next door with a very similar address. We had to phone the hosts to get the right place. Lockbox for key was rather fiddly. More like an "Air B&B" than a regular B&B. No bath (only shower), but we knew that.

Absolutely gorgeous, cozy studio! High spec finish and completely spotless! Really comfortable bed. Thoughtful touches provided such as books, biscuits, and juice cartons in the fridge. Steve and Chris are lovely hosts, extremely welcoming and accommodating. The studio is a 5 minute walk to the promenade, which goes through to Morecambe. Thank you for a lovely stay, we definitely hope to return! 😊

Amazing place , very clean , everything you need is in a room. Walking distance to the sea . Shops and food places 3-4min to drive.Beautiful garden and nice sitting area in the garden ! Parking space. I received email with a good explanation about area the day before. Beautiful places to visit in town and around. Would highly recommend!!!

Peaceful and quiet location ideal if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle, but not too far away that you need taxis or public transport to go out for breakfast or dinner,

Couldn't watch tv for the sun even when blinds where closed , Couldn't do dishes as no sink for basin or draining board to sit them on to dry once done, tbh thats really all the faults we can find and it's really just nit picking, the place is ideal for short stays and we'd definitely stay there again ,
