There was nothing I didn’t like

A comprehensive range of breakfast items were left in the kitchen and fridge incl. milk, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit, bread for toasting, butter and spreads as well as fruit juice, teas and coffee. The annexe was warm and comfortable and kitchen appliances easy to operate. The wet room is quirky but was fine for us. Plenty of space for parking and property easy to find. We found it quiet and relaxing.

The mattress was fine but is quite soft and we would have preferred something firmer.

The location was perfect , literally 5 mins walk from the venue I was attending. The property was very clean and comfortable with everything I could possibly need provided, from Yorkshire teabags to cosy blankets. The bed was super comfortable as was the entire annexe. The only issue I had was accessing the wifi, but managed to get that sorted pretty much. They provided a continental breakfast that was much more than I was expecting with pain au chocolat, a full loaf of bread, jams and marmalades, fruit and yoghurt. Really lovely place to stay.

I struggled to access the wifi and had to "power cycle" the router, and even then it kept dropping out, but I think that is an overall issue with the area, not the accommodation.

Clean, comfy and a nice touch with starter pack and continental breakfast. Great location and friendly hosts.

Good location, only down side, the traffic noise from the road, was a little loud for us. We live in a remote location devoid of traffic. Our daughter lives on the same road and has no trouble sleeping, so it's an unfair comment; but certainly not a game changer. We would stay again.

Everything about the description matched the accommodation. This was booked for a colleague who was working in the area. He said it was perfect and the hosts were really helpful. It was a very peaceful visit!
