Our fully pre paid booking was cancelled last minute because they decided to rent out the whole hotel for a wedding. In an area where it is very difficult to find other suitable accommodation for a group of 8.

The dinner was delicious, especially the Lal Maas was very authentic. Breakfast was decent. The location and structure is excellent. Overall very satisfying experience.

The staff were polite and helpful. I had left a charger in the room. They made an extra trip to hand it to me.

First of all it's about 50 km from Chittorgarh fort. This is not the place you visit when you are sightseeing. The wifi is poor. The approach road is rocky. The facilities are average. A very very poor substitute for someone seeking a luxury holiday.

We did not stay at this property, after booking we were messaged to inform us that our booking would be cancelled if we did not pay money directly into what appeared to us to be a private bank account, we suspected a scam. We received no further communication from the property despite a number of messages. Booking.com were not able communicate with them either so we made arrangements to stay at a different hotel.

The rooms were very spacious. The food was nice and the staff very cordial

The property needed some maintenance being a heritage property & there were doing it so should be done by now
