PLLocalisation is more than great. Apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Two adults plus two kids - more than enough:) Communication with owner - 7 out of 5 ;)
DEI have rented a few apartments in Budapest over the years, this one is one of the best equipped ones in a great location. Dishwasher, washing machine, AC, coffee maker, tea kettle, all top quality, no junky plastic items. It’s also very spacious, easy to access public transit and important sites from there.
Not that I didn’t like it, it’s just for people to keep in mind. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (by European counting) with no lift, with big suitcases could be a bit of a hassle.

RUGreat location with easy access to everything but on a quiet street. Good bed linen. Plenty or space. Value for money. Free transfer from the airport. Lots of storage.
Both bedrooms face a yard with balconies used as galleries to get to other apartments. When neighbours come or leave at night, you wake up from lights that turns automatically and slamming door just near you. You can eliminate it by closing the windows and windowshades but in that case you'll be unable to breathe. The conditioner is only in the kitchen. The building is historical which means old, that's why there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and you cannot use more than one electrical appliance simultaneously: if you turn on the microwave while the stove is running, the only circuit breaker switches off electricity in the entire apartment. Walking upstairs may be hard for older people, there is now elevator and the stairs is steep enough.
