Le confort, le restaurant

J’ai fait une réclamation le matin de mon départ, n’ayant passé qu’une nuit. Elle concernait une consommation au bar que j’ai réglée avant de passer au restaurant, mais qui m’a été facturée de nouveau sur la note de restaurant. Ayant toute confiance je n’ai pas vérifié tout de suite. Mal m’en a pris puisqu’une semaine plus tard, malgré le mail que j’ai pu faire à la direction selon les instructions données par le personnel qui ne pouvait rien pour moi sur le coup, je n’ai rien reçu, ni remboursement ni même de réponse à mon mail. Soyez donc très vigilants au niveau des factures.

Le premier jour là réceptionniste raciste a été très mal élevé et ne comprend pas bien le français. Parc contre les techniciens et techniciennes de surfaces et les serveurs et serveuses étaient très gentillent je ne reviendrai pas par rapport au racisme de la réception.

Adequate without any outstanding features for overnight stay. Quick shuttle to airport in morning.

Dates bathroom with shower in bath. Hotel shuttle from airport was difficult to negotiate and took for ever. Hotel did not respond to my enquiries.

Très bien placé à proximité de l’aéroport. Belle décoration des espaces de vie. Restaurant ouvert jusqu’à 23:00. Très bon petit déjeuner. Bon accueil de tous les professionnels

Équipement de la salle de bain. Bonde de lavabo dysfonctionnant donc inutilisable. Décoration chambre datée. Gagnerait à être refait pour être en accord avec les espaces de vie.
