PRATO DELLA VALLE STUDIO

The location of the property is excellent, it is close to the old town and also to the tram station. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. It was not as loud as expected based on other reviews.

Although it was quieter than expected, we still had a misfortune to be there when they decided to repair the street, until 3.30 AM and again from 7.30 AM. As for the apartment itself, the only thing that we did not like is that it was very dark - it is difficult to open the shutters; there are no walls, so one can not turn on the light in one room without bothering the person in the other; the reading lamp gives only a very dim light.

The girl who did the check in was very nice and the location is good.

The floor was dirty. The double bed is in horrible shape, the sofa bed had a broken leg. There is mould in the bathroom and the walls. I would not stay here again. The heating is not very effective.

Perfect location, just in the city center

Poor cleaning especially bedroom, poor and dirty kitchen facilities, bathrooms facilities poor with almost cold shower, recommend change shower tap , ironing facilities poor, fan working poor . The apartment seems exactly the same as in the photos but somehow I was disappointed when I saw it in reality. For money I paid- I was disappointed.

Great location, good public transport connections, walking distance from some major sites, very close to supermarket at the Prato and fantastic ice cream shop. Facilities, including washing machine, good. Roomy apartment.

Lack of electric points in the kitchen area and placement of the others. Shower cubicle is showing its age. Could use a corkscrew.
