Property looked okay from the outside.

The location was questionable. It’s definitely in an area that has yet to be renovated, a couple blocks from a much nicer area and am sure it will catch up.

"I would never book here again or recommend"

The hotel was newer and it made everything we needed to do for the weekend walkable.

The cost of parking went from $40-$58 from the time I booked to the time I checked in. Th faucet in the room leaked and the a/c kept turning off so the room stayed hot and sticky. The shower hadn’t been cleaned and there was mold and soap scum built up. The advertised view wasn’t accurate due to a taller building being built right in front of the hotel. People smoked all over the hotel regardless dog no smoking, even saw staff smoking in the roof. Went to the roof bar, we each grabbed a drink and were made extremely uncomfortable by what I assume was a security guard. He stood right next to our table and wouldn’t give us any space so we went inside to the bar and he stood right next to us. It was extremely creepy so we left.ice machine on our floor didn’t work and you had to go all the way to the gym for water. You could t even get a cup of coffee for free here. I spent over $300 more than the booking cost just from fees and valet parking.
