Villa Siora Rosa

The villa was well equipped for our stay and was within walking distance of the beach and bars and restaurants. Costas was very attentive addressing any issues that we had which were very quickly resolved.

The Villa is in a superb location less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Skala. The villa is large, modern and clean with an excellent pool which was perfect to cool off in. Costas was a great host and was always available for any queries. Great place, book it and have a great time.

The villa is set in a quiet location and yet only 10 minutes walk into town. The pool area was very private and never felt overlooked. The rooms had excellent air conditioning. Furniture was brand new and modern. It was very easy communicating with Costas, whom I found very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will return again soon.

No WiFi upstairs but that's being picky, wasn't a problem.

Villa was very clean and had everything we needed plus some extras like coffee machine and hair dryer which were a bonus

The villa is well designed and to a high standard throughout. Spacious, clean, well equipped and secure. The pool is fantastic and the outside space well planned. The carefully landscaped garden means the pool is secluded and not overlooked by other properties. It’s a very peace and private property. Host Costas is friendly and welcoming. He provided excellent service. Throughout our stay he was always responsive and quick to help. Nothing was too much trouble. The generous welcome pack was much appreciated.

Costas was a brilliant host, very attentive to our needs. He arranged our airport transfers and as we arrived late left some snacks, basic food items and wine for us. The villa is located in a nice private location, 10 minutes walk from the town. The outdoor area is brilliant, the pool is lovely and very safe. The plants in the garden are well kept and add to the sense of privacy.

The property is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Skala, perfect if you don’t want to be too far from town, but far enough to have peace and tranquility in your own homely space. The pool is lovely and was cleaned every other day. The cleaner was good. We were impressed by the thought and care that went into the supplies the host left for us; coffee, bread, fruit, milk, water, cheese and ham, and a few other items, as our flight arrived late so we had no chance to get any food on arrival. Great communication with the host. I would stay again.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave!

Kostas was an excellent host. There was everything in the villa you could want to start your stay on arrival, including some unexpected extras, such as a bowel of fresh fruit, several bottles of water, a complimentary bottle of wine and basic bathroom toiletries. Definitely the most thorough welcome package we've ever received! Also Kostas provided lots of useful local information in the villa's notes, as well as always being on hand if you needed any extra info (including details of an excellent butchers in the next village if you like to bbq). He kept us notified of when the cleaner was coming and the pool was cleaned every second day so the villa was always spotless and well maintained. The family run taverna is also only a 15 min walk from the villa and serves delicious local dishes with a welcoming friendly staff. We would highly recommend giving this a try. We cannot rate the facilities and hosting here highly enough. Many thanks for a delightful stay.

What a lovely week we have spent here. 5 minutes walk from the main town but in a beautiful private place. For three of us there was plenty of space and it felt like a home from home. Costas was on hand if needed but everything went smoothly. The villa is simply decorated and cosy and the pool area is private and relaxing. The kitchen has most things you will need and also handy for eating outdoors. Also several different balconies to enjoy the lovely views of the mountains. WiFi was better downstairs; aircon was fab; shutters on windows for an extra peaceful nights sleep. Pool guy came twice in a week to clean the pool and cleaner came halfway through. Skala is a wonderful place to visit with plenty of lovely restaurants. A gorgeous relaxing start to our holidays. Thank you.

A couple of niggles but nothing that would spoil our stay. The shower is great but wouldn't stay on the holder.
