Fantastic stay at Casa Dos Olivais, amazing apartment and very good outdoor space for relaxing with a cool pool to chill in. Very close to some great places to eat and public transport near by. Foz is a lovely place to have a break from the city of Porto..The communications throughout our stay were superb 👌

Beautiful, super private, nice plunge pool, faultless outside area, host was informative and friendly, tasteful minimal decor. Everything was clean and tidy.

No blind/shutter on ceiling window for early morning light, and because the rooms are only partitioned (walls don’t go to ceiling) there is no sound privacy for bathroom / noise carries everywhere inside. Also neighbour’s dogs barking relentlessly next door which was fine inside but made relaxing by the pool difficult at times, understand that’s not the host’s fault tho!

Etwas außerhalb, daher weniger Touristen (super zum Entspannen), Unterkunft ist top, genau wie beschrieben.

Wenig Ablagefläche auch zum Aufhängen o.ä.

Liebevolles Arrangement innen und aussen. Man konnte sich sehr wohl fühlen. Die Kombination aus allen Punkten machte es toll.

I absolutely loved everything about this place! It was private, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable – exactly what I was hoping for. The space had a calming, aesthetic vibe that made it feel like a true getaway. It's also in a fantastic location, close to amazing restaurants and local spots. The host was very kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Neat location. Nicely quiet and secluded (apart from one dog incessantly barking).

Like so many places these days, the kitchen/cooking options are severely limited in terms of apparatus and pots, pans etc. You couldn't make more than a very simple, light dinner or lunch with the facilities provided. And even then, trying to wash and dry what you've used remains a severe challenge. Very little space for bags etc, which, again, is more and more common with rentals like this one. And zero space to perch toiletries in the bathroom without splashing them (and the floor) every time you use the tiny wash basin. Two days in a row men arrived – letting themselves in unannounced, without so much as a knock at the outer door – the first to clean the plunge pool the second to pick up laundry stored outside from a changeover three days previously. The casa is small and the outer and inner areas are pretty much one space, so this amounted to an abrupt intrusion. Twice. Oh, and to respond to the property's response below. The kitchen facilities really are minimal, despite that list of items stuffed in various small cupboards. With no space for draining dishes and very little space for food preparation. As for trying to contact me regarding the two sudden, unannounced entries to the property, if that's true then who knows what method was tried. I received zero warning messages or requests on my phone or email.
