Podere San Pietro Resort

The staff was incredibly nice and made our stay very comfortable from attending to our requests to treating us very well during dinner service they always had a smile and seemed like a very close group. The resort's restaurant food is incredible, probably the best we have during our holiday. Every meal was delicious, with great presentation and portions and they have very reasonable prices. Dinner is served in the backyard between the main building and the pool and it offers a very pleasant and private experience with only a few tables well spaced. The pool is great: very decent size, large deck around it, private and very clean. The property is elevated and you can enjoy an almost constant breeze, even when it was very warm being outside was pleasant. We had the smallest apartment at the property and it had a very generous space developed over 2 floors. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained, the kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher

the experience was really good if I have to highlight 2 minor minus would be: 1) the shower was a bit small 2) the AC was struggling to cool down the entire apartment, nevertheless we didn't feel hot

Was not entirely clear that a 4 person apartment was with a sofa bed in kitchen area and having to walk through the 1 bedroom to a shared bathroom. Quite a few mosquitos. A little overpriced (though we were in peak season).

Good restaurant food, outside dining at poolside surrounded by Tuscan hills. Clean modern pool and clean comfortable rooms that are nicely decorated.
