MYMYMYRoom, Bathroom and toilet were clean.
I stayed in Room 204 on the first floor. The window locks were broken, and I couldn’t close them completely. The windows tended to open by themselves whenever I opened or closed the room door. They faced a rear alley that was completely dark at night due to the absence of any lighting. This poses a safety risk for guests, as a burglar could easily climb through the window. I made a complaint to the hotel staff and was given a room exchange. I hope the hotel management will take guest safety issues seriously.
