Breakfast was very nice. Surrounding is very beautiful. The host also offered us an excursion about balsamic vinegar.

Overall very nice and hospitable. Our rooms were in very nice new building.

Difficulty getting room to cool down. Breakfast could have included more nutritious options. Protein options were lacking. Second morning included pastry leftovers from day before.

A unique experience in beautiful landscape. Friedly staff. Will definately visit again if we are in the area. The best of the several "agriturismo" places we visited.

Large clean and modern room with spacious bathroom. Pool with loungers and area to relax. Beautiful located and good sign posted. Very large property with beautiful views. A little remote location but easy to find and roads are fine. Actual farm producing balsamico. Also a restaurant that offers dining facilities in the beautiful olive garden (bring muskito spray).. The food is fixed menu 4 course incl. Wine which was fine for us. It was good and matching the 45 euro a person price. Special to eat among olive trees. Family run with friendly approach and intent. Possible to buy local produced wine and balsamico products at reasonable prices. Great location for visiting Maranello.

The family is very busy which sometimes gave us the feeling they simply don"t have time for you. They are friendly and I understand running family with small kids etc is not easy. Breakfast is not that great, certainly not for a farm. Cat jumped on the food table. . We got invited to balsamico tasting which was interesting but owner took more than 10 calls at the same time. Good intend but we felt a bit like intruding. Would have loved to see the balsamico making.. Rooms that are in main building meaning you hear kitchen, etc a little bit early in morning.. Also means parking outside the gate with the guests of restaurant (being a car guy that checks for parking, most people would be fine). The separate guest building is close to pool and does allow parking on property. So be careful what you book. The dinner was nice but really would have appreciated a coffee to finish it. Likely it would have been possible to get coffee but staff was very busy. Restaurant is not just for guest. I don't think it would take much too resolve the minor things and should not really stop someone from booking. It would not stop me from going back.

The property is located in a beautiful scenic landscape, surrounded by hills and agricultural land. The atmosphere is very relaxing with the nice pool and helpful owners and staff. The room is super comfortable with superb furniture and utilities. It was sparkling clean with a nice comfortable bed. The hosts are really nice and it was a pleasure meeting them and staying at their place. The tour of the acetaia was really interesting and we highly recommend to plan some time for it. The location is beautiful and peaceful but everything else is reachable by car.

This is not directly related to the property but we stayed at the end of July and there were quite a lot of mosquitoes. They were ferocious and were attacking us even at the pool during the day. Simple solution: get a bug spray and all will be fine.

This place was amazing! Claudio and his staff went above and beyond my expectations. We were also given a balsamic vinegar tour by his father. Unique experience that I am so glad I stumbled upon.
