Drawing room with lovely warm fires. Cozy atmosphere. Restorative. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the off-the-beaten trackness of the location.

Friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us welcome. The warmth of the different room., the beautiful Christmas trees in every room. It was an exceptional place to stay and I'm only sorry we only stayed the one night.

Just excellent from start to finish, being met at door on arrival and being shown to room was a lovely touch, the decor and artwork, the open fire and the fantastic staff and the food.

The evening meal a La carte was good.

The room and bathroom were cold And remained cold overnight. The staff did nothing to remedy the situation. It was the worse place I have ever stayed at in Ireland. Very disappointing. The staff did nothing to listen and pass information between them about the sub standard room.
