The windows do not seal, there is noise from the busy road, which disturbs sleep. The windows also have vents that cannot be closed completely. Since the front door is not even sealed, there is a draft in the living room, which caused the children to catch a cold on the first night. We wanted to heat the room with air conditioning, but the owner controls the use of air conditioning and forbade us to heat it. We did not get any bedding, pillows, blankets for the sofa bed. The smaller window in the living room does not have a blackout for the evening. There were only towels for 3 even though there were 4 of us. The clothes hanger was completely rusted, so we couldn't wash the towels. No instructions on where to put the trash or any house rules. The cupboards are full of things and there are too many decorative things on the dressers so that you have nowhere to put your things. The TV screen is the size of a computer monitor. It is an apartment in an old apartment block. The apartment is 2.9 km from the center of Forte dei Marni and not just 800 m as stated in the ad. We would not recommend the kitchen for use.
