Bumble Bee Cabin

Great facilities, comfortable surroundings, beautiful view.

The cabin itself was wonderful and is a perfect size for 2 people on a short break away. The location was beautifully rural but there was anything really to do in the local village and immediate area other than go for random walks which we did. There is a train station locally which we found handy but you definitely need transportation to visit the wider lake district.

Checkout time is way too early. We did request a later checkout time but it wasn't fulfilled. Edit - I've since been informed that our request was agreed to however due to a bereavement we weren't informed which is understandable.

There was nothing to dislike

It was in a lovely peaceful setting with some lovely little finishing touches on arrival such as milk in fridge, fruit and some biscuits.

Absolutely nothing. Loved it all.

Was everything I needed and more. Wonderful views in a great location. It was a peaceful relaxing stay for me and my wife and would recommend this accommodation to any couple looking for a get away to the lake district.
