La ubicación ,el personal de limpieza ,muy linda la cocina

No estuvo para la entrega de la llave en horario previsto,escaleras sumamente incómodas,no se puede subir con valijas grandes,el baño incómodo porq el techo es bajo y el agua fría a tibia.

Location was excellent.

The street noise is quite loud. Folks eating at night can be an issue if you are in bed early. In the morning around 6:30 am the garbage truck comes through with constant beeping then the crash of bottles as they dump them multiple times. Other renters leaving at 2 in the morning with suitcases banging the stairs and you can hear the conversations just outside your bedroom door. I put up with this as these things very rarely bother me.

The location, the beds and some of the facilities (kitchen stuff and towels) within the room. It contained everything needed and was very clean. Staff responded quiet fast.

First of all the property did not inform us through the booking or other way until check-in that it concerns an apartment without elevator on the 5th floor. For elder people this is very intensive. Furthermore, I need to bend to shower, as the roof of the bathroom was way too low. I understand it concerns a bath, however a 6-person apartment you cannot all take a bath otherwise you will be spending hours in preparing. Furthermore, no proper handle to help you get out of the bath. Furthermore, on the picture I was promised a view from the city/streets. However on the rooftop you only can see the roof and even sunlight is hard to get it in.

Great location. Very responsive hosts, easy to message. Very accommodating in terms of giving us extra time to check out. Pleasant experience.

En el anuncio no ponía que era un 5 piso sin ascensor e íbamos con una persona mayor que le costaba subir.
