"It was clean but not super charming"

Staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and rooms are very spacious. The colour scheme is nice

There was no breakfast available in a breakfast room (only delivery in the room) as the hotel is still undergoing construction. It’s not as nice as many other hotels in the area available at similar prices

"Strictly say No to this hotel even if it’s free"

Never ever book this hotel even if you get free deal. Worst ever experience. I travel globally but never had such a bad experience anywhere. They literally don’t pick up your call if you need anything. The shower gel was finished and I made complaint 3 times, still they didn’t refill it. Also bathroom shower gel dispenser was broken before I checked in and they thought I broke it. Later on confessed that it was their mistake. The reception staff is not at all polite.
