Il mondo roverso is the best place I've stayed during all my life, Carlo he is a so kind man, he make a discount in the price to help who can't pay more, he helped me a lot here, he took me in the train station, it's the best place ever, I really recommend this place

The owner is very friendly and makes an effort to let me feel welcome. He showed me around the place, and what can/cannot do during the stay. there is a common 'dining' area where you can boil hot water (which is lacking in almost all the hostels/hotels I have been to in Italy) which is really a big bonus during the cold night.

The owners are special people because they offer a free donation system. Those who can afford can give more so that others who can't afford a stay can go there. So don't be irritated by the price! They have cows, chicken, a dog called Casper, who is very energetic but totally sweet and cats. The view is amazing, the appartment itself is kept very basic but you have mostly everything you need. Also, it's very clean.

A sponge and cleaning soap to clean the dishes would be nice!

The accommodation at Il Mondo Roverso is fantastic. It has a breathtaking view of the Dolomites from the terrace, clean and comfortable space with broad windows that lightens the rooms. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom impeccable, the privacy absolute. The surroundings are green, peaceful, beautiful. And it is a perfect location to discover the region and commute to other locations very easily, for example to Venice, or to San Martino di Castrozza where you can make amazing hikes in the Dolomites, and if you want to reach the beach it is also a very feasible trip from this accommodation. But one of the best assets are the hosts. Carlo and his family are amazing, made me and my son to feel at home. Carlo has been always very welcoming offering tips for day outings, and he is very kind and helpful. If you have a dig then this is the right place. It is absolutely a dog friendly place, they helped me when I needed a space for my dog to stay while we travelled to the busy Venice, and when our old dog started to have some muscular pain they also helped us to reach the right help. And a plus, is an excellent value for money! Enjoy your stay!

Very enjoyable (little) farm stay; a place where we could rest with spectacular views, super friendly host, animals all around, fun for children. It's at a central place: we could visit the Dolomites, Venice and swim in the nearby lakes. Carlo is very helpful and knowledgable about sightseeing options in the region. We enjoyed our conversations. Highly recommendable!
