Hove studio flat

Tidy, well equipped and easy access. Good location. Host was helpful and set to get hold of.

Very good comms, clean, easy to find, and had everything required for a couple of nights stay.

Very small space. A few minor adjustments could improve the place: remove plastic plants in pots, exchange large unwieldy table for small folding one, put hooks on bathroom door to hang towels and clothes, screen the main door from early morning light, replace old bed linen with new

Provided convenient location for visiting friends in Hove and tennis in Eastbourne

Slightly difficult getting out of driveway onto main road because of parked card blocking view

Nicely laid out apartment, it had all the amenities we needed and more than we had expected which was nice. The bed was comfortable and there was parking outside. We needed an extra blanket and the owners kindly provided it.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, but we would recommend leaving the WiFi password in the property and putting a curtain on the front door as it's quite bright when the sun comes up early in the morning.

We really appreciated the location, cleanliness, flexibility of the host with arrival time. The studio flat is next to a main road so it will have traffic. However it was 10 mins by car to the seafront which is brilliant. The place gave us a good value place to stay and see family which we are truly thankful for. Thank you to our host for their kindness in leaving little extras (tea and coffee) as well as a well equipped kitchen. Every blessing to our host.

Bedside tables would be good but we know space is limited. Perhaps a change of wardrobe?
