The location

Very hard to access, you will have to pass by the rubbish to access the second door , There is a lift but just for one way , you can go up but not go down ! So if you have language and baby like me good luck . My experience was even worse coz there was no heating in the room during a very cold night , 0 degrees , and no proper blanket , just a bed cover When I asked for help none answer In addition the bed is not comfortable, the shower is tiny . I payed 2 nights and I stayed only one .Doesn’t worth at all …

The shower is too narrow, if you are a little bit bigger, youvcan not enter to do the shower, thevshower head could be fixed, you shouldvholdvthe shower head always, the hot water tank deposit is only for 1 person, otherwise you should wait certain time to do the shower for the 2nd person. The Air cooling machine does not work, the heating machine on the wall does not work either, the TV you can start it, but you can not change the channals, neither Volume +-,. The terrible thing is: You ger the instruction on the video in order to get the key to your room reserved, but there are 2 things umpossible to reach, first you can not enter the building principal Door (without the key) to find the key box(for yr room) . Now you wait for somebody out of the building, luckly you entered as thevresudent coming out the building, as soon as we were inside, you still didn't find wherevis the key box, we looked around everything, no way out, because we dobt know where is the key-box, we asked the resident people whether Via Sacchi 4 is correct or no , thry told us Via Macchi 4 is correct, but there are 2 sides, one of which 4A, the other is 4B, which is small white door next to the lift. This small white door also was locked by the key, so we could not enter to reach our key-box. In conclusion there exist 2 difficulties to enter the building & the small white door to get our key. Luckily we met the cleaning lady who helped us to open the key box to get the key. Again we met the problem on the luft. (the black device with all the keys) itvsays that there also the key to Lift only does function for going up stairs, but NOT going down stairs, it did not wirk, ww tried each floor with lift key(NO WORKS at all) we must walk down step by step DownStairs for 5 floors. These are for elder people 79 years and 69byears lije us, it is not easy everyday y every time going downstairs by foot step by step. Porta Nueva Flot must deal with these mentioned above.
