"Bad holiday ever"

The view only im enjoyed.

Not hygenic.not proper things inside house ,toilet cant flash,dont have toothbrush bcs on facilities got informed have provide....inside bathroom got shower gel totaly dirty its blue colour gel but when we press out it mean become dark choclate very dirty ...blanked also very² dirty ...not value for the amount im paying total Rm275....i want refund for the very bad experience for my holiday.

The location only

No tv in the living room...fridge not funtion....no aircond....curtain very dirty...the floor very dirty...no cutlery in the kitchen...kitchen very dirty...staff not friendly at all...after make the reservation in booking.com they suddently said no room...it's fully book!!! And the staff not profesional at all!!!
