I loved the location and the comfort of the suite, it has a great hall which could accommodate my guests any time. The manager in the evening was very accommodating and super helpful. He made sure we got everything we needed for the stay. The housekeeping staff was also very efficient and helpful. They kept cleaning out the suite daily once we called them. The kitchen was brilliant, we did cook at times, the washing machine was super helpful, beds were brilliant, the dining table was cute, sofas in the hall were superb, it accommodated all my guests. It felt like our own apartment. I would surely stay here again when I visit Jeddah.

I was expecting 2 bathrooms as I booked 2 bedroom suite, like it was a family booking. But they offered one common washroom, which caused a little inconvenience but we managed it. I wish they allot 2 bathrooms suites to families.
