Friendly staff, great location, pleasant private balcony, drinking water, coffee and microwave provided. Room was clean, bedding and towels provided.

The shower and bathroom facilities were just okay, with very little water pressure.

"Great budget stay in Tepic"

- Clear communication from host prior to arrival regarding check in. - Centrally located. - Secure and clean room along with bathroom. - Small bar fridge to store food or drinks. Please note that this fridge is very small and it already contains drinks for sale from the Hotel, there is limited space. - Microwave for use. - Drinking water available (hot and cold) along with coffee and sugar. - Functioning ceiling fan.

- No garbage bag lining the trash can in the toilet.

"It's perfect for one night stay!"

You get what you paid for. Location is good. Ten minutes from cathedral.

No AC. A few ants. The room had no screens on sliding door or bathroom window.
