The cleanliness & location was excellent.

I was told upon arrival that pets aren't allowed but later the manager agreed contingent of any damage fees.

Modern facilities, excellent cleanliness, attentive friendly staff, good security

Manager was rude. Difficult to change dates once booked. Charged half day for late check out. Rest staff are very good. Room doesnt look like photo in Booking.com or Google maps. Rooms in a row, like hotel, but it's a serviced apartment. Other rooms given to other people. Common hall and dining area. Room facilities are 3 star like.

Hotels are not near by and not in the centre of city It was a bit hard to identify from google maps

Breakfast was normal. The room was spacious, and there were place to sit outside the room to have breakfast, lunch, dinner, chit chat.... etc.

There were leaks here and there and some places the water was stagnating. Need some attention and modifications to make the place more attractive. Opposite large plot/land was a dump yard kind. Though these people cannot do much about it but can request the local governments to keep the land clear from junks.

Excellent property , big and comfortable bedrooms with all facility for a comfortable stay.
