Everything, we got the japanese themed apartment instead of this one. I'm totally amazed at how cleaned and very well decorated this place could be. Not a speck of dust on the floor. Each room have aircond and fan. Even in the kitchen area got a fan. Simple water filter is provided. Every corner of the house have strories to tell. So please do stay here. The owner and staffs are very helpful during our stay here. Walking distance to restaurants and convenience store. The community sure are nice since the surrounding area are very clean as well

The tv channels are limited, would be okay if u bring ur own android box/ mi stick since wifi is provided. Parking space could be difficult but still possible to get one.

The environment is smelly and dirty Owner attitude is unfriendly when ask for cancellation

good location, clean apartment in general good choice for 5 people compare to the price.

there were cockroaches in the toilet and apartment the bedspreads were dirty... the kitchen was too old and needed renovation

Location 5 min by taxi from bus/train station. Good communication with staff. There were no towels but they brought them later after we asked them.

Overall apartment is clean but cockroach.. There was a kitchen but couldn't cook as it was not connected. Should be a bit refreshed. There was no toilet paper.
