value for money I suppose it was okay but refill was bad, last year was better

the restaurant/room service had no stock of softdrinks or any dishes aside from chicken.

i asked for balcony, but whole hotel has no balcony, at least not for persons, only for airco, and was not able to reach balcony. as smoker is always handy to have balcony, now everytime i wanted to smoke i had to go to entrance near lobby to go outside, from 5th floor. and yes i know it is my handicap. but i never booked here if i was not able to book room with balcony. and my room had balcony, on paper pity

Good hygiene for the bedsheets, towels, and amenities.
