Location and staff also swimming pool really nice and toilets nearby

No air conditioning need to pay for it and rooms are too hot, toilet not great, shower really uncomfortable hot water too hot need to regulate the temperature of it, also no instant coffee in the room just teas and no fridge, so Cannot keep cold drinks in the room. The mop is too big for the bucket so cannot mop properly the bathroom.
