The room was very cramped and messy.

the place is clean, close to everything, the staff is great and I guess the best WiFi so far compared with other places.

There's a guy named Ivan, he didn't understand most of my inquires about my accomodation.

The place was horrible, there were three fans in the room, only one of them worked halfway, the heat was unbearable, we didn't sleep for two days, the guests made too much noise late at night, clothes were hanging everywhere, very unpleasant. A terrible experience!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE The kitchen is REALLY BAD and when I came in, there was just a few cutlery and just one fork. No space to store your food. I was given the room where all the volunteers live and there wasn’t any empty space for my belongings since they had taken every single spot and even not a free socket to charge my phone. When I asked to change to another room, they gave me one room where there was a guy who later came back totally DRUNK and was NAKED laying on the bed. At this point I asked to get a refund because I wanted to leave to another hostel but the owner told to the volunteer that was impossible and she didn’t believe there was a naked guy. Later they ended up calling the POLICE but just to tell him to dress up…. The police had to comeback for a second time around 11:30 PM to kick the guy out since the room was a mess. It resulted that the guy didn’t even have his PASSPORT and had lost it even before arriving to the hostel. How can they accept someone without their passport?? The owner is never there and shows up for very short periods of time so everything is managed by the volunteers. I had to leave the hostel next day and pay for another hostel for the next days. The owner told me that she was gonna refund me 50% but she NEVER did it! I totally recommend to pay 5 more dollars to stay in a more decent and comfortable environment. There are some other hostels around the area. Don’t make the same mistake I did and avoid having a very bad time here.
