A friendly and helpful host with a clean, tidy accommodation. A great shower with super water pressure and high quality towels and toiletries.

The property was well appointed, clean, peaceful and comfortable. It was situated in a beautiful country location and not too far from the South Downs and the sea.

If I have to pick anything it would be that the parking was a bit tight but that’s partially because of the size of my car. Suggest reversing down the drive 😀

Absolute amazing little place, the quality of the room is 1st class.

We stayed at The Barn during a short visit to see family based near Bognor Regis, found this property on booking com and it was delightful. The room was spacious and airy, very modern with beautiful interior designs. The room had most of what you would expect for a short stay, but there was no TV which wasn't an issue for us as we had spent most of our day celebrating an aunt's birthday so didn't get back to the property until late that night. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Lovely hosts and super place to stay.

Beautiful, really was. Very quiet and had everything we could possibly need. Jo and Chris were so helpful for someone who didnt follow the clear instructions ie me, and Rosie very sociable too. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Only issue ( and it was the hottest day of the year) i think it was winter bedding and i was roasting, but sure that will be sorted now our summer has arrived... Yippee!

Peaceful and secure location. Easy access and helpful hosts. Room is fresh and clean. Close to both Chichester and Arundel.
