De eigenaar was erg behulpzaam, zeer vriendelijk en had veel tips. Het is een groot, zeer schoon appartement met veel slaapplaatsen. Er is compleet alles aanwezig ook een wasmachine. Het ligt 70 meter van het station (geen geluidsoverlast), 50 meter van het strand, 50 meter van een supermarktje, en 50 meter van een goede en goedkope pizzeria. En het ligt aan een autovrij steegje.
