The facility has no lift yet it was on the 3rd floor, so there were challenges carrying our luggage to the 3rd floor. May be guests should be informed about this prior.

Perhaps, in the coming days, let the client know what floor the house he or she is being allocated to. This will be ideal perhaps for clients who r abled differently or even just the normal clients, you make a choice to opt for houses in lower floors or upper floors for your convenience n comfort. Well am not physically challenged but I thought of such clients.
