DEClose to the airport, one shuttle one way included, responsive on Whats App, possibly to eat the breakfast at dinner time instead of in the morning.
Had several families in neighbouring rooms, they also used the common area to play and run. Pretty noicy due to the typical Guatamelese thing walls. Nevertheless, noise stopped at one point between 10 and 11 pm. The staff makes control walks and also turns off the lights at night time, which I find very attentive and caring.
