Residence in the pedestrial area

Awful. The worst communication. They take 2 days to reply if something it’s not working. Like running water or hot water

It was smelly like humidity. Not clean. Very long black hairs in all the beds. The door lock doesn’t work, just don’t book it.

The rooms were clean and the apartment was specious and located in a very nice area

The location is excellent, not far from the metro and the City Market. The apartment is quite secure, it is accessible from the street via two coded doors, which gives you a sense of security. The apartment is very nicely decorated and clean. Enough space for family with 3 children.

We were without hot water for 2 days, and communication with the owner takes place only through booking messages. It took me a long time to convince them that something was wrong and that the heating boiler for hot water was not working. The first time they sent the repairman when we were not in the apartment and claimed that everything was working. With insistence, he came the next day while we were in the apartment and realized that the boiler was really not working. It took him about an hour to fix it, but then it worked.

Location

The gas boiler wasn't working, and there were no instructions on how to operate it. We had to call maintenance, and it took a while to get it up and running. However, the worst part was discovering a mullein beetle larva in one of the beds. Overall, it was not the best experience.

Very homely and well presented. Lots of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner kept in touch and was easily contacted if needed.
