Good location. Great Host. Room clean. Fantastic view

A bit Long staircases to go down town.

Nice spacious apartment!

We were in constant communication, letting the host know we would be checking in at 10pm. I he host agreed and let us know there is an extra €30 for late fee check in. Our train was late and we updated her every 10 min on booking.com. We also got lost on the way. So we arrived a lot later than we intended. When we arrived the host gave us a reaming out/yelling (note: we are two 30yr and two 60yr old females). So that was an unpleasant experience for all. I am suggesting to her, if she does not want to deal with people arriving after her check in hours then contactless check in would be beneficial to her. It seems very common here in Italy. Also, floors seemed sticky which was undesirable. And there was construction happing on the outside of the building so we were woken up at 7am by construction workers on scaffolding outside our room - of course we were told about the construction AFTER our credit card was charged.

The apartment has a good location, great view on San Giorgio Castle.

We were informed about the works on the building only teo days before our arrival. Fortunately there were no works during out stay, so we could rest, but the view to the castle and sea was obstructed.

Good location , panoramic view but you need to use the hillside elevator ( last one in May 8:30 pm) . We had a great time .

Warm and pleasant manner, overall nice apartment. Can enjoy reading the books provided by the apartment. Overall good stay, thanks !

Excellent home base for exploring Cinque Terre. Very good restaurant options.

The house is high on a hill overlooking LA Spezia. There is a lift to help, but was a little challenging to walk from the train station with baggage.
