The Penn

The Penn is such a beautiful little place, myself and my boyfreind stayed just for one night but we felt so at home! We loved how modern but warm and homely it felt, and the tiny little finishes touches were so wonderful! Such a great location and such an easy process to get into your room. The owners were wonderful and upgraded us which was so so kind! We will 100% be back

Absolutely nothing it was fab!

There were 2 things that I didn't like nowhere to hang clothes. Only one window opens. Everything else was perfect: a great, comfortable bed, excellent shower, shower gel hand pumps didn't work

It was a gorgeous place to stay and very comfortable. On arrival the radio was on, it was like home from home, we wished we were there longer than one night. A bottle of bubbly and a note was left for us as my partner was celebrating a big birthday, a nice touch.

Decor, bathrooms, fudge!

The room & bed was quite small compared to other rooms we have stayed at in the building, but still lovely & comfy.

圧倒的な立地の良さ これにつきます。 クラシックな洋館の趣と異なり部屋の内部は リノベーションされているので 綺麗 、冷蔵庫や電気ポット などもあるので とりあえず 困らない し、デスク もあり ます。なお 荷物 預けは、朝ならインフォメーションは9時半からだが、Nanny だと朝の9時から16時まで使えます、30分の差だが大きい→近くのカフェ、事前予約必要

入室時や室内のオイルヒーターの説明文の文字が小さくて読めない(>_<) オイルヒーターはコントロールパネルで操作しますが 、23度が上限 のよう、しかし 体感は 21度ぐらいで少し寒い。気温15度でも半袖短パンで出歩くイギリス人基準？少し厳しい。 ベッドが高くて柔らかいので降りる時に気をつけないと転びそうになる、 これも ヨーロッパ基準かな ？私はルーム2でしたが シャワー室の扉が半 扉 なので バスルーム内にお湯が飛び散る。これは一番良くない。 ベッドサイドのテーブルにラジオが置いてあるが テーブル自体が小さいので邪魔、なくてもいいと思う。やはりハンガーラックは欲しい ！デスクが小さくてもいいので ポール型のハンガーラック 欲しい、。 夏なので荷物は少なかったが 冬だったら絶対必要。 最後にシャワー室のシャンプーなどのディスペンサー 5本あるボトルのうち3本が固まってて押せなかった(T-T)シャワーヘッドが緩んだりしていた 、これは一時的なエラー と思うので減点対象をしてないが 少し残念なポイント。

Check-in was really easy. Communicated via both email and booking.com which worked well

I hadn't realised there wouldn't be staff, but this was fine for me.

Perfect location.... Cozy rooms... Neat and clear...
