Super sweet family in a Great Location. Just don’t expect luxury and you will enjoy your stay.

This location and family are absolutely lovely. The food, coffee, view, Aircon and service was all next level. They will help you with anything with a smile on their faces. Great value for money and one of the best locations in Nias

Shady Palms is run by a lovely family with an amazing sense of hospitality. This is a simple Homestay, so as long as you’re not expecting luxury then there is nothing to be disappointed about. Spacious clean room, good WiFi, good AC and water pressure, delicious breakfast (dragonfruit smoothie bowls were incredible) - you can’t beat the location, right outside the wave. A balcony with hammocks for everyone to use with a view of the point, and the lovely dog Molly. We were very happy here.

Ekka and family were so welcoming, great vibe, value and clean......great food too. Oh, and the location...perfect. Will be back for sure

Amazing staff and location.

Great location, right infront of the point. Access to the balcony which looks out over the surf. Super comfy bed and good AC with hot showers. Mama and her family were so welcoming and helpful for any of our questions. Amazing smoothie bowl too! Thanks for everything!

WiFi signal in the back rooms wasn’t very strong but good WiFi in common areas.

Great staff and location, the family can organise everything- scooter, surfboards, taxi… and have a great cappuccino and a little market inside. Good view of the point

Bathroom needs a little TLC

We loved our stay here! The rooms were perfect and the balcony area was really nice to chill and had the best view of sorake. The staff were all so friendly and helpful too, would definitely stay here again next time :)
