Lee, the host was very welcoming. The Little House is in a beautiful location, was exceptionally clean and is beautifully decorated.

The situation was great, in the grounds of a former stately home The host was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome

"Superb"

Very comfortable, Lee makes you feel so welcome. This is now my 3rd or 4th visit - lost count!! Very quiet, but a very very good pub within a 5mins walk.

"Lovely stay in special surroundings in a lovely village"

Only room was booked but tea coffee facilities were free and available plus a basic breakfast

It was warm and comfortable. I felt safe and at home even though I pnly stayed two nights

"Home from home"

What an amazing place to stay. A real home from home, clean, comfortable and very relaxing. Lee gave fantastic communication on how to get there, where the house was, how to get in, all amenities at the property and places to eat and visit locally. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

"Quiet and comfortable stay"

Lovely location. Incredibly quiet at night. Very comfortable with lots of space. Great to have access to the kitchen facilities. Very friendly and helpful host.

"Amazing Host and Property,"

The Little House is a very lovely property. It's on the gorgeous grounds of Tong Hall.... The host Lee couldn't do enough for you. Our booking had told us that breakfast was included, which Lee advised me that it wasn't correct... they don't do breakfasts.... On the first morning, we woke up... there was porridge left out for us, which I thought was really nice as it wasn't included in the price. Lee had given us a booklet that told us of all the decent restaurants and takeaways around the area, which is a fantastic help as we'd never been to the area.

The only thing we didn't like had nothing to do with The Little House or Lee the host... The grounds which The Little House is on has a guard house at the front of the hall, there is a rather large dog that is not chained up and on our last night it came out and was barking at me and my partner... took us 5 mins to get the guardsman to come get his dog so we could continue on our walk.
