ITSiamo stati a casa La Fortezza con una coppia di amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è molto spaziosa, luminosa con una bellissima vista sui tetti e sul mare. Ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre esigenze La casa è stata rimodernizzata (pavimenti e arredamento) rispetto a quello che si vede in foto (molto meglio dal vivo). Enrico ci ha accolti con gentilezza e ci ha dato informazioni utili sul posto. La casa al nostro arrivo era pulitissima e la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario. C’è uno spazio esterno dove si può stendere e un tavolo dove si può mangiare con comodità Si trova in centro al paese per cui è facile raggiungere quasi tutto a piedi, ovviamente è utile la macchina per girare l’Argentario. C’è anche un posto auto coperto, un po’ difficile la manovra ma appena ci prendi la mano viene facile Nel giardino vive un bellissimo gattino di nome Nerone ☺️
ATITAppartamento ben curato e pulito ed il proprietario che ci ha ricevuto una brava persona e poi prezzi decisamente sotto la media che dire voto il massimo!

ITPosizione strategica, vicina al porto e al centro del paese. Casa moderna (più bella dal vivo che in foto). Letti comodi, casa pulita e cucina fornita di ogni necessità. Il proprietario (Enrico) molto gentile e disponibile! Parcheggio al coperto e gratuito, vicino la casa.
Parcheggio difficile ma nel momento in cui capisci la manovra nulla di impossibile!
HUSea view from terrace. Location is great, 6-8 minutes walk to the nearest beach and town centre. The flat is very spacious, clean, comfortable. 3 big rooms, big and well-equipped kitchen, big fridge, dishwasher handy for family of 5. Dishwashing tabs and dishwashing liquid provided. Salt, pepper, olive oil, other small kind things provided. In the bathroom the host provided things like shower gel, toilet paper, washing tabs. Parking place available for a not too big car, with a Ford S-Max we just squeezed ourselves in. Air-conditioner in each room and in the kitchen available, although we did not really use it as the flat is overall “cool” due to the building having very thick walls.
Upper neighbour a bit loud at times.
ATEnrico even picked us up with his car. Everything was perfect!
SEWe spent three nights in Porto Santo Stefano. The apartment was great and lived up to expectations. the location was absolut great and the host was both nice and helpful.
GBThis is a large spacious apartment with secure parking, private outside area and a sea view. We were met by Enrico who showed us the property and went through everything we needed to know, he could not have been more helpful and even lent us his wife’s ironing board whilst we were there. The apartment is bigger than most houses and has everything you could want, loads of wardrobe space, big kitchen with utensils, big comfy beds, nice shower and outside eating area. Tip. We originally looked at staying at Porto Ercole but I’m glad we chose Santo Stefano, it’s a much livelier place with more bars and restaurants and more going on.
The only minor complaint is the WiFi. It works fine just not quick enough for HD streaming.
