"We zijn genoodzaakt van hotel moeten veranderen"

We boekten een kamer met dubbel bed of twin beds met raam met city view. Toen we 's nachts aankwamen, kregen we een kamer ZONDER raam met 1 bed en 1 vuile matras op de grond. De man aanwezig beweerde dat dit overeenkwam met de omschrijving op booking, wat niet waar was. Hij bleef staalhard liegen en bood ons na enige tijd de kamer aan die we boekte tegen een meerprijs. Schandalig. Check eerst in real life welke kamer je krijgt, een kamer op voorhand online boeken is niet betrouwbaar.
