Property cleanliness was top notch during my check-in. Even though it is a single storey house, surprisingly heat wasn't really trapped; it was generally well aired. The property's close proximity to eatery options is a big convenience.

It would be of great help, if the host can label all the switches with sticker, for easier identification of the intended appliance to be swiched on/off.

The house is clean and well-kept. It would be even better if the owner added a carpet in the living room. There are no house slippers provided, so my feet got a bit sore. Other than that, everything was great!

It is well maintained and clean

The opposite neighbour like to park their cars in the middle of the road hence making the entrance a little challenging. But it is what it is, it is a neighborhood, we have no control over the neighborhood. This comment is for guest driving large MPV to be caution only.

Clean, comfortable bed and pillows

The air conditioning in the first room is noisy when it's on. Air conditioning in the third room needs to take time for cooling even if we adjust it to 16 °

This accommodation is clean and comfortable. Quiet environment is suitable for those who like quiet. The location is good and convenient to go everywhere. If I'm visit Batu Pahat again, I will book here again.☺️☺️☺️

There is no microwave to heat up food. And also can't find scissor. 😅

The house in clean, all in good conditions! Excellent host! :) easy to locate! Definitely will stay again when we head over!
