Off the Beach

The house is definitely within 5 minutes of the beach 🏖️ which is the main reason we came so that was a big plus. The property manager definitely helped with quick responses up into the time we got there so that was definitely amazing as well. The house is a diamond in the rough but it says they are still doing some work to make it better. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The oven doesn’t work BUT they do have a toaster oven so I was able to make my family their pizza 🍕 and the master room tv didn’t connect to the remote BUT me and my husband was fine since we had our own electronic devices. There is someone who stays in a camper on the property BUT they don’t bother you. The yard could use some picking up as well.

Nothing really everything was nice and clean plus the neighborhood was pretty quiet

Very clean and spacious inside.

Could not get the T.V. To work in the master bedroom tv. Neither of the other guest rooms had T.V.’s. The outside of the property needs to be cleaned up and treated for ants and mosquitoes.

The interior of the home was very nice and spacious. It had a very well equipped kitchen. It was very clean and bright.

The yard needed sprucing up. We were not aware that there was someone staying in the camper right beside the house. When walking outside you had to be aware of sand spurs and sweet gum balls that would stick into your feet. It would have been nice to have the light switch’s marked with what they were for.

The location was great! The inside is nicely done.

The outside of the property leaves less to be desired. Definitely needs some TLC. There is someone living in a trailer on the property. The beds are NOT comfortable. Hard as cement to sleep on and made our entire body hurt. There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms so we had to go out and purchase our own. The remote for the tv in the master bedroom was broken, so, we were unable to use it.

House was great, surprisingly larger than expected. Very clean and inviting.

The location was near all the attractions!

This home was BEYOND AMAZING! It was so clean and very beautifully decorated! I loved that it was located close enough to the beach but far enough that we would had peaceful nights without all the traffic. It was certainly a diamond in the ruff! I can't wait to go back and stay again, I will definitely book with them again because this was the best hidden gem I have ever located!!

The only downfall was the lanscaping outside. I left a note for the owner stating that I would make sure the lawn had been mowed prior to anyone staying. Also, the laundry room was not complete so I couldn't wash clothes. One other small thing was that the oven worked but the stove top would not. I could hear it click but the gas never ignited. We still made it work anyway!! I was taken back a little when I pulled up to an RV outside, but it was the owner's brother's and he was not a bother at all.
