I was given a suite part of the room was under a staircase. it was bothering at sleep time when used by the hotel staff to go their bedroom. however it was changed to a quiet room the next day.

Everything

Its not a a major thing but it would have been nice to have water for the guests in the room. Everything else was lovely and the staff mustafa and the other guy ( sorry forgot the name) was very helpful

Excellent location (2 minutes walk from the souk and restaurants), customer service and the view at the backyard was spectacular. Special thanks to Mohammed who was very professional, pleasant and helpful
