Staff was So grateful to welcome Guests Cleaning and Freshness Seems to me Okey.

Management was Rude and very unprofessional. They refuse to Free upgrade my room although I have been awarded from Booking.com Genius Program Level 2 They Didn't provide me the Room Keys Because it was Broken So my Properties were unsafe And gaits was on Risk.
