Nothing not to like

the location is absolutely perfect and convenient.

The room had no soundproofing, and we encountered a neighbour who woke up at 6 am for prayers, the volume on their mobile app of another neighbour turned up very loud. The toilet flushing system was not working properly, as it took some time for the water tank to refill. Due to work, we only arrived at the accommodation after 12 am, but I was not informed that there would be no reception staff available after 11 pm. As a result, we were scolded with impatient messages from the staff.

Staff was kind and accomodating.. Answers email/queries fast. Location very closed to tourist spots and Jonker Night Market.

We both had red itchy spots like bites all over our arms, back and legs. Maybe the bed needs to be vacuum and sheets properly wash.

Great location - right next to Jonker walk, friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable.

Very noisy at night due to other guests. Sound carries through thin partitions and from the street. Toilet and shower facilities were grubby - one toilet was blocked and at least 2 of the showers didn’t work properly.

It’s very cozy and clean. The location is also very nice, you don’t have to walk a lot to the Main Street.

There was no body wash and shampoo

The location is great - a short walk to Jonker St and many restaurants and bars. Also, close enough to easily walk around the historical areas. The staff were very helpful with information and even called a 'grab' car for me to get to the station when leaving.

The rooms have very thin walls. You can hear everything through the walls during the night. The water pressure is somewhat low in the showers but perhaps that's normal for here. The mirror and basin is out in the public space so no privacy while shaving or applying makeup etc.
