Hot water was not available on day one of my stay and took 3hours for engineer to come to fix.Lady at the reception was kind enough to extend a late checkout.

The hotel is centrally located on the island of Mombasa, with easy access to nearby attractions such as Fort Jesus. The fruit platter in my room was a welcome bonus upon arrival.

Super petit déjeuner. Très bon restaurant. Etablissement très propre et bien entretenu. Mobilier et locaux récents. Emplacement central, personnel Très sympathique et aux petits soins

Very accommodating staff, lovely inside. Actually quiet location for being downtown too.

Breakfast was great. The offerings were honestly more than I had anticipated, so I feel that I got more than I bargained for. In terms of a healthy spread, fiber, carbs, and proteins were all present. The service at breakfast was also great.

There isn't much that could have been better. The only hiccup was when I returned to my room on the second day to find that my key card wasn't working. However, a staff member quickly helped get my card up and running again.

Śniadanie słabe, Lokalizacja o ile blisko "centrum i kłów" to okolica nie zachęca. Sam park obok kłów zaskoczył negatywnie - góry śmieci i bezdomni. Dwie sytuacje na duży minus : 1. Po check-in o 2:30 w nocy chcieliśmy się wyspać, mając na uwadze, do której jest śniadanie, więc o 8 rano wstaliśmy. Gdy byliśmy w łazience, ktoś z obsługi zadzwonił dzwonkiem do drzwi pokoju, po czym po chwili (kilka sekund) użył swojej karty do otwarcia drzwi. Żona nie mogła zrozumieć o co chodzi, więc wystawiłem głowę z łazienki i zrozumiałem że chcieli zapytać czy wszystko w porządku. Rozumiem, gościnność ale priorytetem powinna być prywatność i profesjonalizm. Wchodzenie do pokoju w celu zapytania czy wszystko OK to przekroczenie pewnej granicy. 2. Po śniadaniu około 10 tego samego dnia wybraliśmy się do parku Hallera i Fort jesus, po powrocie około 15:20 nasz pokój zastaliśmy otwarty i nikogo z obsługi wewnątrz ani w pobliżu (drzwi uchylone na pół metra i widoczne nasze rzeczy wewnątrz). Tak uchylone drzwi jak w pustych, przygotowanych pokojach. Na szczęście nic nie zginęło, ale nie wiemy czy te drzwi były uchylone minutę czy godziny. I po co w sumie? Każdy inny gość hotelu mógł tam wejść. Właściwie te dwie sytuacje sprawiają, że nie chcielibyśmy pozostać tam dłużej i cieszyliśmy się że następnego dnia wyjeżdżamy na safari.
