Farm Stay Kramer

Pretty location and the people who run/own the place were friendly and nice. Lovely view from balcony of the surrounding mountains and farms.

I am normally not a complainer, but we did NOT get the room we booked. I booked a room with a private bath and air conditioning. Even went back to my Booking.com paperwork to make sure I had book that and it clearly stated both. We got room with no working A/C and had to share a bathroom with the next door room. It was a bit stuffy without air conditioning but at least we could open the windows. There was only one roll of toilet paper (looked everywhere for more). Ran out that night and couldn’t find any staff to ask for more. Had to use our own small travel size pack of tissues to make it through the night. Don’t know what the person sharing the bathroom did. The bathroom only had 2 small towels and 2 hand towels for my husband, myself, and the stranger in the other room we had to share a bathroom with. Again, looked everywhere but found no others. Also, due the balcony being a shared balcony with other rooms, anyone walking along the balcony could look right into ours and others bathroom windows. I accidentally looked into ours the first time I walked out on the balcony. Thankful no one was using the bathroom at the time! No shade or tinting or anything on the bathroom window to block the view. You could see right into the shower via the window. Needless to say, knowing this made showering/using the restroom very uncomfortable, plus of course the lack of enough towels and toilet paper. I took such a quick shower, constantly worried someone would look in the window, situation half inside the shower. Also, didn’t want to “hog” the bathroom since we had to share it with another room. We were still charged the same price for the room, even though we didn’t get the one we booked. Once again, I hate complaining and rarely do. I am very ease going and not hard to please, but the bathroom thing was just a real pain.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The owners are very nice and welcoming. Nice room and excellent breakfast. Peaceful environment, the village is not too far and we got an excellent restaurant recommendation.
