NOTHING. The host is Very VERY rude and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this property.

Save some money and stay at the local hotel in town. This property owner and his cleaning crew shouldn't be in the hospitality business or business period. Luke is very inappropriate and has no business in this profession. My stay here was ended with a phone call from him SCREAMING at me about leaving his place a "pig sty". I immediately thought that there was a mistake or somebody went into the property since we checked out and possibly vandalized it. I was completely shocked to get a call like this after leaving the property 45 min prior. Luke continued to scream at me saying I'm a "PIG, a "Slob", and a "Dirty B****"! When I asked what was going on he continued to scream that he would be sending the photos and then hung up on me. My husband looked at me because of the disgust on my face and asked what that was. I told him that was our Host. Screaming at me and saying we left his place a pig sty. He couldn't believe it either. I had spent EXTRA time on cleaning up that property before we left. And I mean EXTRA! Even going as far as shampooing the carpet, waxing the floors ECT. I received the photos from Luke on my phone within minutes after the brutal call. What I seen was ridiculous. Luke sent me four photos including one of the Crock-Pot that I had soaking in dishwater in the sink because the dishwasher was loaded and running before I left which you could clearly see the sparkling clean kitchen in the background and the suds still full in the pan in the kitchen sink. Photo number two was a black string that was on my sweater on my way out the door that ended up on the floor. Again in the photo you can see freshly vacuumed carpet with clear vacuum lines underneath the black string on the ground. Photo #3 was the chalkboard that was on the closet door that provided guests with Chalk to add your own creativity. I colored a tongue and sunglasses on the sun!

price was nice, convenient location. house was provided with essentials. host was very accommodating and quick to respond and making sure our needs were met.. cute little house, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen & bathroom, bedroom supplies. we'd recommend it it others for a stay😄 just don't ever give excellent, but nice stay

Very cute house! Had everything I was looking for!

The property was clean. The kitchen was stocked with more than the bare minimum. The owner was responsive when the front door lock wasn’t working. Neighborhood seemed safe. No issues with neighbors. There was a mix of older adults and families. One dog was barking but stopped pretty quickly.

The grass was a little long. Not a huge issue, but the trash collect came to the back of the house to get the trash cans. Could be alarming if you didn’t see them stop. The neighborhood seemed safe but the road was busy.

We were provided a door code to get into the property, and check in went seamlessly. The house was beautiful, well equipped and spotless. Every room had everything you could need. The blackout shades in the bedroom were very thoughtful. Loved the photo album of the building/remodel of the home. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood setting. If traveling through Albert Lea again, we will jump at the chance to stay at The Dollar House!

I can't think of anything we didn't like. The house was equipped with more than we needed and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I would have liked to meet our host and thank him.
