Blisko do morza, piękny widok z ogromnego okna.

Blisko drogi, przez co jest nieco jadłaś siedząc na tarasie, ale widok wynagradza. Sypialnie są z drugiej strony więc cichutko w nich.

Widok z tarasu na morze . Szybki dojazd do Dubrownika ( około 20 minut ) . Blisko przystanku i dwóch dobrych restauracji .

Niestety dom nad główna ulica . Huk przejeżdżających samochodów potrafi skutecznie zniechęcić do siedzenia na tarasie . Apartament nie do końca posprzątany . Kontakt z osobą opiekującą się apartamentem bardzo słaby . Psująca się klimatyzacja , zalewający łazienkę niedrożny prysznic . Szczerze za tą cenę nie polecam

Hyvin siisti, juuri remontoitu moderniksi hyvillä materiaaleilla. Huoneissa ilmastoinnit jotka takasi viihtyvyyden kuumassa säässä. Huoneisto sijaitsee meren välittömässä läheisyydessä, lyhyt matka uimaan.

Remontti muutamissa kohdissa vielä hieman kesken mm. Parvekkeen kaide. Kauppaan varsin pitkä matka

"Superb"

The place has great view, parking was available. It is also easy for the to Dubrovnik if you have a car. The kitchen and bathrooms are good, clean and neat. The owner has provided all amenities.

The balcony needs proper safety glass

"Comfortable stay"

It was very large, 3 bathrooms. Plenty of natural light and very comfy and clean beds. Nice jacuzzi in one of the en suite toilets. Large comfortable balcony.

A bit noisy as it is above a highway and a washing machine was not available.

Nice Balcony and Size of the apartment

No one was available to hand over the keys to the apartment. We had to call several times and provide feedback that keys were not there where it was indicated. One of the bathroom door was broken, so whenever you took the shower, the whole bathroom got flooded. We requested the owner to fix the bathroom door. He indicated that he would stop by and fix it but didn't do it. The sofa was badly scratched and need replacement. The apartment never felt homely because it was not well maintained though it's new.

"Superb"

The location and the large size of the apartment were perfect! The property is right on the beach with sea view therefore the terrace is on the main road. But you can't hear the traffic noise in the bedrooms.

We missed a few more glasses for water and wine but that's all.
