"The place to stay."

The front desk assistance it’s 200/10 they are great. Very educated, polite, fast, informative, respectful and friendly.

"Cool place to stay but not my favorite"

Very cool roof top & we stayed on the top floor with a cool view. Room had nice shades, an AC and nice tv. Cool place to stay for a night or two.

Compared to other neighborhoods in Mexico City, I didn’t like this as much. Condesa was greener, friendlier and quieter. The room had a great view but we heard construction early in the morning and other loud city noises all night.

"It was everything we hoped for"

The room was spacious enough for me and my friends. We had a wonderful time, and the place had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and very kind throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend it!

"Repetiré siempre que vaya a México"

La ubicación es inmejorable. Las instalaciones están súper bien, y el personal atento a ayudar en lo que se necesita.

Lo único que mejoraría es que coloquen coffeemaker en las habitaciones ya que hay una máquina para hacer café con cápsulas pero solo te dan 2 cápsulas de cortesía, el resto hay que ver donde se compran las cápsulas y no para mi que estuve por 7 días fue complicado ponerme a buscar cápsulas. O que se vendan las cápsulas en el hotel.
