Posizione molto buona per raggiungere a piedi il centro della città. Sarebbe utile che il gestore segnalasse l'ubicazione dei parcheggi utilizzabili nelle vicinanze, perché nella via dove si trova l'alloggio non è possibile parcheggiare. Per il resto alloggio gradevole e dotato dei servizi necessari per trascorrere alcuni giorni in città, compreso una cucina allestita con l'indispensabile.

Come già detto segnalerei che è priva di possibilità di parcheggio per chi giunge in automobile. Inoltre l'aspetto esterno, solo esterno, della struttura non è molto "invitante", in quanto lo stabile e la porta d'ingresso hanno un aspetto un po' "decrepito", ma una volta entrati l'alloggio è perfettamente ristrutturato e dall'aspetto moderno e pulito.
